If you sign up for trial membership, you have the chance to pick 1 full movie for stream/download of your choice. Once you unlock the movie, you have to wait until your membership is converted into a full membership (usually in 2 days) OR you can do that instantly by using a button in navigation pane.
Once you are a full member, there are no limitations in speeds or amounts of updates you can watch.
